Hi, welcome to Fitness Therapy Training! My name is Coach Lorelle. I designed these training programs with the intention to change lives! During my 4 years of personal training I noticed there is a gap between wanting to get active and getting up to do so. This is the motivation gap. My solution closes the gap. I have combined a weight training program and motivational exercises to motivate you to accomplish your goals

There is no one-on-one personal training here; instead, you have access to fitness coaching through in-app messaging, video feedback, and bi-weekly virtual check-in sessions. If you need additional fitness support for your program, this training subscription is for you.
