I've successfully trained clients in the past with a wide range of goals, including weight loss, building muscle, and injury prevention. When coaching, I use a variety of techniques to motivate clients to perform at their best. I'm passionate about mental health because it's an area that often goes neglected in fitness.


My goal is to strengthen your inner resolve and improve your physical fitness by teaching you how to develop a sustainable lifestyle that is defined by your values and beliefs.

May 2017, Just like you, I made the hard decision of choosing to take care of myself and giving myself 100% of the effort. It was a hard decision because I had to face my unhealthy lifestyle. What moved me to finally stay committed was being tired of my clothes not fitting properly, not recognizing who I was, and being tired of the negativity that came from others. I knew that in order to get back to myself or who I wanted to be, I had to make healthy life changes. I showed up to the gym 5 days a week and changed my eating habits. I started at 173lbs with 38% body fat. (I'm 5'4, btw)


Although the changes weren't easy, I was committed and determined to become who I wanted to be. Fitness became a form of therapy for me, as it helped me manage low emotions that hindered me from moving forward in life. Consistency made me motivated, as did noticing subtle changes every 4-6 weeks. My understanding was that, if I kept going, I would eventually get to where I wanted to be. This is what made me decide to focus on building up my mind and body!
